All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel it, you should get in touch with us within 12 hours of your order placement or when you receive confirmation call from us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. You can inform us of your decision by;

Conditions for returns:

You can request a refund for products if:

You receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order at the time of delivery.
You changed your mind about the product.
- Note: You will have to bear the return shipping charges to our Warehouse, also product condition will be considered before accepting the request.
You can file for a return in 7 days "once the parcel is marked as delivered"
You will receive the refund through bank transfer within 1-2 days once we receive the product at our warehouse.
Please make sure that you deliver the product with the original box / packing.

Return of Electronic Products Won't be accepted if damaged due to Voltage Fluctuation.
